By accessing or using the Melick Aquafeeds website (melickaquafeeds.com) or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Product Orders & Sales

All feed product orders placed through our website, quote request forms, or sales representatives are subject to product availability, pricing confirmation, and our standard sales terms. Melick Aquafeeds reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing is quoted F.O.B. Catawissa, PA unless specified in a signed supply contract. Freight, handling, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Medicated Feed Compliance

The purchase and use of medicated animal feeds (including OTC and Romet-30 formulations) is subject to FDA regulations, including the requirement for a valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR). Buyers of medicated feeds are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local medicated feed regulations, withdrawal periods, and record-keeping requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product specifications, guaranteed analysis formats, and trade names, is the property of Melick Aquafeeds, Inc. and protected by United States copyright law. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Melick Aquafeeds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the feed product purchased. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed veterinarian or animal nutritionist before making significant changes to your livestock feeding program.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Columbia County, Pennsylvania.

7. Changes to Terms

Melick Aquafeeds reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
